Meet C.J.

I’m C.J., a health & fitness coach. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in unhealthy patterns. Through small, consistent habits, I rebuilt my own strength and vitality — and now I help others do the same, so they can fully show up for life, family, and everything that matters most.

My philosophy is simple: work with what you’ve got. You don’t need a gym, fancy equipment, or hours of free time. You just need a clear plan, accountability, and workouts that fit your life.

All of my coaching is designed for training at home. In Durham, NC, I work with clients in person. For those outside the area, I offer online coaching that includes programming, form feedback, and accountability.

I’m also a husband and dad, so I understand the demands of family life and how easy it is to put your own health on the back burner. That’s why my focus is on helping parents build strength and energy without burning out.
