CJ has been incredible with my training. The exercises incorporate strength but also mobility. He changes them up so we aren’t doing the same thing every time. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain the purpose/benefit of each exercise. I feel comfortable having him in my home. I could not feel stronger about recommending him if you are serious about improving your strength. He discusses goals between each session and it has held me accountable.
